At Star Limo, we believe every ride should begin and end with clarity. Since 2018, we’ve been committed to providing safe, dependable transportation service backed by transparent terms and professional care. The information below explains how we operate, what you can expect, and how we protect your experience. By booking a service with us, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms.
- Booking & Reservation Policy
We accept reservations 24/7 and require at least 2 hours’ notice.
- Hourly service allows for unlimited stops and route flexibility.
- Point-to-point bookings are limited to the route provided; any added stops may incur extra fees.
- Overtime begins 30 minutes after your scheduled time and is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Payment & Rates
A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking.
- Unless changes are made, your final charge will match the quoted amount.
- Hourly service may result in overtime charges if the original time is exceeded.
- Cancellations
We understand that plans shift. Please notify us in advance to avoid charges:
- Sedans/SUVs: Minimum 2 hours’ notice
- Sprinters & larger vehicles: Minimum 12 hours’ notice
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Airport Pickups
Our team monitors all arriving flights to ensure punctual pickups.
- Your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalator inside the terminal.
- Domestic and international pickups include complimentary wait time based on actual arrival.
- Extra Services & Applicable Fees
- Meet & Greet: $20
- Child seats (infant, toddler, booster): $10 each
- Pets are welcome; cleaning fees apply if there’s excessive shedding or mess
- Vehicle damage or sanitation fees:
- Seat/carpet burn: $200 per incident
- Deep cleaning (bodily fluids, food spill, etc.): $350–$500
- Smoke/odor removal: $350
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
- Conduct, Delays & Responsibilities
- Star Limo is not responsible for traffic delays, road closures, weather, or accidents beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
- Please check for personal items before exiting; we are not liable for lost belongings.
- Vehicles may not be loaded beyond seating capacity. Our team reserves the right to end service without refund if safety is compromised.
- Chauffeur Standards
All Star Limo chauffeurs pass professional training and a full background check.

- Privacy, Safety & Insurance
We operate under City of Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport Ground Transportation licensing and carry full Commercial Liability Insurance. All service is delivered with discretion, punctuality, and care. Non-disclosure agreements are honored for high-profile or confidential transportation.
